How do credits work on Basic?

Basic gives you 40 credits a month. A full interview uses 4 and a single question uses 1, so that's up to 10 full interviews.

What happens when I upgrade to Unlimited?

You're charged the Unlimited price right away and your billing cycle restarts that day. Unused time on Basic is credited.

And if I switch down to Basic?

The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does the new-member offer work?

If your account is less than 7 days old and you've never subscribed, you'll see 50% off your first month after your first report. It lasts 12 hours and is applied at checkout automatically.

How do I cancel?

From Plan & Usage, open Manage billing and cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Scores and feedback are for practice. They don't predict or guarantee an admission, test result or job offer.

Your next interview is a rehearsal away.
